This website does not use cookies, does not track visitors and does not load services from third parties: fonts and images are hosted on our own server. The only personal data we receive are the technical data any web server records and the messages you choose to send us.

Who is responsible for your data

Browsing data

Like any website, the hosting server automatically records technical data when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and device type. We use them only to keep the site working and secure, for example to block attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security of the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are kept only for the time set by the hosting provider's technical logs and are not used to identify visitors.

Messages you send us

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the data you choose to share: name, contact details and the content of your message. We use them only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal or arrange a collaboration. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them for as long as needed to handle your request and then for no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires longer.

External services you choose to open

The WhatsApp and Instagram buttons are simple links. No data is sent to those services unless you tap them; if you do, their own privacy policies apply (Meta Platforms).

Who handles the data for us

Our hosting and email provider stores the data on our behalf as a data processor. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@rootastories.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Dati di navigazione

Come ogni sito, il server dell'hosting registra automaticamente alcuni dati tecnici quando viene richiesta una pagina: indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta, tipo di browser e dispositivo. Li usiamo solo per far funzionare il sito e proteggerlo, per esempio per bloccare attacchi. Base giuridica: il nostro legittimo interesse alla sicurezza del sito (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f del GDPR). Sono conservati solo per il tempo previsto dai registri tecnici del fornitore di hosting e non sono usati per identificare i visitatori.

Messaggi che ci invii

Se ci scrivi via email o WhatsApp, riceviamo i dati che scegli di condividere: nome, recapiti e contenuto del messaggio. Li usiamo solo per risponderti e, se lo chiedi, per preparare una proposta o organizzare una collaborazione. Base giuridica: misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b del GDPR). Li conserviamo per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e poi non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, salvo obblighi di legge.

Servizi esterni che scegli di aprire

I pulsanti WhatsApp e Instagram sono semplici collegamenti. Nessun dato viene inviato a questi servizi finché non li tocchi; se lo fai, valgono le loro informative (Meta Platforms).

Chi tratta i dati per nostro conto

Il fornitore di hosting e posta conserva i dati per nostro conto come responsabile del trattamento. Non vendiamo né cediamo i tuoi dati ad altri e non li usiamo per pubblicità.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli o cancellarli, limitarne o opporti al loro uso e riceverli in formato portabile, scrivendo a info@rootastories.com. Hai anche il diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
